In the unfortunate event there is an issue with product damage during shipping, we will 100% take care of the issue. Thankfully, this is a rare occurrence because we take just as great care in the packaging of our products to ensure a safe arrival as we do in handcrafting it exclusively for you. But, things happen and you can rest assured we will make it right.

To make it right, we will need you to follow the below steps:

  • Email us within 72 hours of shipment indicating there was damage during shipment.
  • We will need you to include clear photos of:
    • the outside of the shipping box
    • the product in the shipping box showing the damage
    • the product outside of the box showing the damage

Shipping
--> Shipping rates vary and calculate at checkout based on your shipping destination.
--> We will forward tracking info when your product ships.
--> We hope you understand that we cannot control the shipping speed of USPS. The delivery date is beyond our control, especially to our international customers, customers located in more remote locations and during the holiday season when shipping volumes are high. Your patience and understanding are greatly appreciated! 
--> Please also note that the shipping rates for items we sell are both dimensions-based and weight-based. 

**For International Buyers -- Please note that as a buyer, you will be responsible for any and all possible duties and customs charges that may be incurred according to the laws of your country.**

***Should there be a shipping issue in which your item was not delivered, please be diligent and file a tracer investigation with the manager of your local USPS or FEDEX immediately. ***

Production Time Information 
Production times vary - please check each listing. Production time means the amount of time from when we receive the order to when the order is ready to ship. Production time doesn’t include the weekend or U.S holidays. Each item is handcrafted and made-to-order exclusively for you and we really appreciate your patience!

We only offer products that meet our artistic and quality standards. Every product goes through a multi-stage quality assurance process to be sure of it. Each piece is custom/made-to-order and crafted by hand through a multi-level, labor intensive process. Our products  aren’t like anything you’re going to find anywhere else saving you the frustration from having to replace a poor-quality piece in the future.
