Each Fireside Club Chair is a handcrafted work of functional art made of sturdy solid wood that’s aged for a vintage look. Inspired by Japanese Joinery and featuring an over-sized armrest and wide seat for added comfort, it’ll be the go-to chair to sit back and relax in, while creating lasting memories all year round.  

Following Old World Craftsmanship is our top priority. Our process to handcraft each Fireside Club Chair begins with carefully selecting each piece of wood in order to accentuate the character of the chair; attention to the pattern of the grain, the beauty of the knots and the premium texture ensures that you will be receiving an exclusive handcrafted work of art. As a designer with over 20 years of experience (and as lifelong perfectionists) we obsess over every last detail.

Please note that our designs are inspired by the ancient art of Japanese Joinery which fits interesting clean wooden joints together like puzzle pieces. This practice was used in the construction of Japanese shrines and temples which are frequently found among the world's longest surviving wooden structures; therefore, our designs do not need to be anchored.
